So happy it all turned out well for and the little one! And he is just as I had imagined her baby to be. I was kind of hoping it would be a filly, but a colt is WONDERFUL!

Zenyatta and son
Z had her baby (a colt) on March 8, 2012 at 10:10 PM EST. He weighed in at 130 lbs (and we humans think we have it bad giving birth - not to mention the long legs) - is a dark bay (like Mom and Dad), has a white star on his forehead and some white dots on his left front hoof. Mom and baby are doing great and as you can see by the pictures, Z is calm and loving her son!
